bet your wearing a t shirt right now with fooken von dutch splatterd all over it or sumthing
saying that tho, it would look much better with burrberry dustcaps

Too high and too shallow on a classic - the opening on the bonnet just seems to small and does not work on that colour - sorry but honest.

IMO ,if you want the sti8 scoop to fit your pre-facelift's then you haven't got many option's,
1,this type(sti8 hight,direct replacement)
2,rgm halford's(sti8 copy,universal fitting)
3,?????????????????????????????
also your judging this against bonnet's with bigger intercooler hole than pre-97,but if you want height and the look of a sti8 what else or you going to fit

I'm sorry that it's degenerated, but firstly scottenti couldn't take the criticism I first gave, which had no swearing in it and was an honest opinion. There were no personal remarks made or animosity felt on my part. He reacted like a petulant child by slagging my vehicle which he hasn't even seen. Similarly, Warwick thought it contributed to reasonable debate to mock my username!
I take the pi$$ as much as anyone, but until the "sucks big *****" comment I think you'll find I spoke reasonably to everyone concerned. It seems that muppets is the sanest place to be on this site. I make no apology for my opinion of styling in general, which is that it is misguided for the most part and generally means ruining attractive cars in an attempt to assert individuality. And I think it spoils the image of Subaru cars- which I love- so I speak out when I see it.
