As this has been abandoned I would point out that I can supply FMIC kits for any classic. The kit is complete with all pipework, fittings, clips, joiners reducers and instructions etc. Price is £580 delivered in the UK inclusive of VAT, customs etc. I have four here now. First come first served. If there is adequate demand I can order another batch for delivery mid to late October.
Quality is first class, as many on here can confirm, about 80 Scooby owners in the UK and Europe have them now. Lots of info in "Projects"

Sorry for the delay in reply but I am on the net infrequently.
e-mail address is harveysmith1@btopenworld.com. I can send photos to anybody that wants but there are loads of photos in "Projects" Hybrid FMIC Fitting or some similar title. Some months ago. Also some photos here:www.geocities.com/harveysmith3000
The site is out of date and will be revamped soon.
There are 3no. FMIC kits here complete. If there is more demand I am prepared to run another group buy but obviously the ones here should satisfy any immediate requirement.

Granby: These are for Classic 93-00 at present. There is one on trial on a new age at present and I understand they will be released in about six weeks.

I have to say that if I had a spare £580 there would be no question about having one of these from Harvey. I've seen one being installed on a friend's WRX and the quality really is 1st rate. The core is a fair size too!

Maybe you would try to fit one . It's not that hard. Costs would be £0.00.

Tony.
