Thanks, I think scoobydick, didn't even see the question and I've answered it.
Danny B, it's still for sale, in the main dealers at this very moment having it's 30,000 mile service, thats going to hurt my bank account! I got a nice new Legacy as a courtesy car though. Keep having moments where I think I should keep it, must resist, need house.

Hi
What a wonderful motor you've got. I'm looking for a late model low milage classic at the moment and this fits the bill perfectly.
When can I come and see it. I'm depesperate to come and see it before you change your mind

Hi Mark
I'd rather travel and find a good car than be a lazy git and end up with a shed..Yours sounds like what I'm looking for. I would however want to be taking the car away with me if I came down and wanted it.
Just so I can check the cost first where is your closest train station and would you be prepared to pick me up
Cheers

I'm just leaving work to pick the car up, my computer at home is playing up so I may not reply again until Monday.
Sorry, will have to get compter fixed!!
As to train station, I work in Winchester so could maybe sort something out from there and then have a good drive back to the house, some good country roads!

Still for sale, not had anyone even look at it yet. Got it out the garage at the weekend and put 100miles on her. May just have to save harder for the deposit and keep the car, still makes me smile!!

People do not realise what they are missing out on, I once had an immaculate MY00 in Red Mica that was the dogs danglies, wish I never had to sell it but that's life.
I keep looking at yours and thinking of getting another one...must resist

Cheers, I am down on the SW Coast of Devon, but I am looking at the mo, and thats not too far to travel. May come back to you in a few days, have someone interested in my car this week (same old story I know!!). Out of interest, was anything major needed in the recent 30k service??

Nothing needed at all, fitted new pads in June which may have helped. On the sheet they measured the tyres as wearing evenly at 7mm all round, It has a recent set of yokos. They put down that the air filter and dumpvalve aren't standard and that the paint on one of the wheels was scratched (my fault). Going to try and get that sorted at littleknocks, hopefully if I can get up there soon.

£7500, blimey!! how hard did you haggle.
A couple of months ago before I was single (hence why the car is being sold for a house) I looked at chopping it in for a Civic type R. I wasn't completely sold on it but I was offered £9600 after a bit of a chat, may have got him closer to £10k if I really pushed my luck.

Sold it Saturday to the first person to come and look at it. He said when you see one this good you can't let it go. Will still be hanging around here though. Need to save a little more, get a house. I will have another, one day.

I know I'm sad but I don't want to see it go, but needs must. He is picking it up this Saturday coming. I even took it out the garage yesterday and gave it a wash, force of habit. Thanks to everyone for your comments.
