mj for this post earlier today.
That is enough to win on its own
....shouldn't laugh mate but that is quite funny, you have been struck by a kleptomaniac DIY obsessive
I came home from holiday once to find that one of the burglars had had a crap on my bedroom floor, the lady that was looking after the house told me about it as she had discovered it and very kindly cleaned it up.
I went to bed that night and strangely enough could not get the smell of sh1te out of my nose. At about 3am I discovered why - the dirty ******* toerag had wiped his **** on my duvet, on the underside right near the top

Good point, in Harj's case he is world class ![Big Grin](images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
![Big Grin](images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
And thanks to Arron and Tony for saying I am a nice bloke - you two are ******* bad judges of character![Big Grin](images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
![Big Grin](images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
Now ruined my street cred forever admitting Arron is a mate
Actually, off BBS he isn't the arrogant knowall ar$ehole he might come across to a few on here
, he's also a nice bloke ![Big Grin](images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
Good to see that the other three nice blokes mentioned (and I agree, but they are out of my league) are Josh, PTMW and Mike Wood, as they are friends of mine too

Never when I saw him.
He ended up having a little tussle with me at Donington with Steve in his Skyline and ended up on the grass!!!
Fast in the pub and pits I reckon.

Well I still say that anyone who can get a UK spec impreza around in under 8.30 is quick, even with a few choice mods.
OK , I'll give Walter Rohl 8.15.....there is no way even he is going quicker than that!
He may have been average on other tracks, but doing 8.30s at the ring is fast.

LOL@thread
Met loads of decent Scoobynetters, still see the odd one or too now (Ian & Craig) perhaps see you at Bedford on the 31st?
John Felstead - For is wealth of knowledge and pax laps in the wet at the Ring, in that Cossie Westie - totally awesome.
Harj - Hospitality, I know he bull****ted alot but I never had an issue.
Stef - Biggest Ego in the world, never for get winding him up at the Ring![Big Grin](images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
- Scariest Pax laps round Donnington Ive ever had, he was very quick just a little ragged.
Mellow Yellow - Chris is a top man, proberly one of the most gentlemanly person Ive met off here, shame Ive lost contact, his runs around the lakes were mighty fine.
Aaron - For his driving and humour You drove Steve's R34 when I was at Harj's house, very impresed, with your roundabout technique![Big Grin](images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
MRK - Driving skills very accomplished, and possibly best driver Ive sat with.
Met loads of other chaps aswell, PTMW, Doc Joc, TWalls, Matt Oz, Richard Askew, list goes on, memory like a sieve

Dave,
Stefs time was BTG, how much is that worth at the 'Ring? And the difference being, Stef could do a fast lap - but that was 1 in a 100 - the other 99 he'd be off track somewhere. Anyone can be fast but theres nothing clever about being fast when you spend 3/4s the time off track is there?
Stef - Biggest Ego in the world

The diference BTG to a full lap is aprox 25 seconds, it depends how fast the car is down the straight and how good an exit you make onto dottinger hohe.
I dont like this Stef Bashing, especially so where his driving at the 'ring is concerned, he respected that place enough to look after himself. The only time i remember him going off was when he went too fast into Adenaur Forst, which is a very common mistake for new drivers there. Sure he had an agresive driving style and where i would back off in traffic, sometimes he wouldnt and would go for a gap that was risky, but he matured in that respect too, he did improve over time.
Everyone can't be fast Craig, you are enough proof of that.

oh, and my nomination would go to Bob Rawle. Bob has a great aproach to tuning Subaru's. He has given this BBS a huge amount of information over the years and to top it off, he is one of the nicest blokes you are likely to meet.
This is closely followed by AndyF and Harvey who have done remarkable things with their Impreza's and have not been shy in letting people see how they achieved their results.
On a non technical side, there are just too many people to mention individually. Matt Ozz would get my vote for one of the most genuine people i have met who looks like Tin Tin.

Not really Stef bashing - stating what I think. He thought he was gods gift driving wise, he wasn't. If I wanted to do some Stef bashing it'd be a lot worse than take the pi55 out of his driving.........

Strange decision you had a mediocre driver (me) shakedown your XTR2 at donington before you would drive it on track yourself then.
Thanks for that by the way, it was fun. ![Wink](images/smilies/wink.gif)
I dont mind what Matt wears, its always a pleasure to see him.

After thinking long and hard.
My nomination goes to Chris (Mellow Yellow).
Mainly for his SN sence of community, especially when planning the details, and leading the way for SN attendance at Nick Wilds funeral.(R.I.P)
Also for his generosity during track days, he will take any Tom, Dick, or Harry for a few laps to give them a taste of what its all about.
Many of them will never ask again, but thats not the point.![Smile](images/smilies/smile.gif)
Where is he by the way......
