I'm not looking for a fight either 
.,........... just recounting my experiencies with my kids and how mis-behaved they can be at times. I love them to bits but they do naughty things despite my best efforts 
I will guarantee that at some point (despite them loving and respecting you) they will say " I hate you".
If your kids get to 16 without saying that then you can mail me and say "I told you so !!
