I use the Fortuna too with a 5450 but I have also subscribed to POI Warner which is really useful and use POI Edit this enables you to download a huge array of overlays which will work in unison with Tom Tom. If you go to www.navigating.de and products you can use the links there.

The free postcode list for the UK is a bit fiddly to install if you're not comfortable with moving in and out of programs but worth it if use the Sat Nav a lot.
