indicating only encourages the people waiting ahead of you at a roundabout exit to nip out earlier infront of you. If you dont indicate then they wait till you pass like they're supposed to

My driving style changed when I got the scooby - I likened it to walking down the street with a black belt in Karate and tw@tting everyone - black belts dont do that - So now I have a beast of a motor I TRY not to be a bully on the road...![Wink](images/smilies/wink.gif)
I say try - I'll still hurl abuse at drivers with fog lights on, slam on if Im being tailgated, abuse miggil lane drivers and/or undertake them, point and laugh at done up fiat punto's / corsas etc - all that kinda of stuff.
To summarise I'm very impatient with discourteous drivers and prats and basically I fight fire with fire in most of lifes situations

My experience is that the worse the car, the worse the drivers. It's like the owners of ten-year old rusty Cavaliers need to prove something, but people with performance cars don't. With Beemers it's a driver's age thing: under 30 = tw*t.
I very seldom bother to respond to cutting up - in fifteen years of driving I've probably used the horn about eight times. I just let the moron get on with it so that when they kill themsleves they aren't likely to take me with them. That said, there have been a few cases where I really have lost it. The one that REALLY winds me up is people who change lanes in front of me as I'm about to pass them. If I'm in a good mood I drop back and wait for them to pull back in (assuming they aren't glued to the middle/right-hand lane...) then drop down and floor it. If I'm more annoyed I leave the braking as late as possible...
As for queue-jumping and lane blocking: life's to short to worry about it. I really only get wound up about people who try to kill me.
And I'm rubbish at parallel parking.
