just spoke to the officer in charge.he rekons ill get done with careless or rekless driving.a portion of blame has to go somewhere.
cops are checking the car today.fingers crossed,althuogh i know its ok.

No point worrying about the police, with the speeds you mentioned no action will be taken. Hope all goes well, been in that situation before, not nice.

Derv is a nightmare, it caused my accident. Travelling round a corner and hit a new patch on the drivers side, whoa no traction at all. Tried all manner of manouvres to no avail then caught the kerb, smashed a wheel and ended up facing traffic in the fastlane. All ended well after being hit head on though it could have been well bad.

It's only a piece of metal, hope ya litlun,s not to shaken.

just goes to show you dont have to be going fast for it all to go drasticaly wrong.it could have been alot worse.
the wee lass is cool,first thing she said to her pals at school were "i was in a car crash" the expressions on some of the mums faces were priceless.
