The Fleming holds about 1,000 gallons of diesel, that's over 3 tonnes and we get max economy of just under 2 nautical miles per gallon cruising at around 8/9 knots which is about the natural hull speed. At 15 knots the consumption goes up 3 or 4 fold!

It's got a mercruiser 5.0 v6...believe it or not the reason i went for this particuar boat over the bigger models, still does a not bad turn of speed, is comfy, looks good and is only a year old
I did look at a Cruisers Rouge but with twin 7.4 V8's, and only an extra 6 foot in length, same price and 7 years old is was never going to justify itself lol....having said that, it does do 65mph on water and sleeps 8!

I do participate as it happens.
I teach sailing, windsurfing and powerboating, mostly during the summer months.
This time of year though, I windsurf - does this count as 'boating'? Anyway, same idea
I also work in a powerboat shop

It's a searay 240 sundancer, there is a pic of it on page 1, i thought it would be a bit big so thought i would ask
