Yeah 20mins sounds about right mate. The Seibon one takes about that and even a really cr@p heavy one i had took about that. It was only my bonnet that took bl**dy hours. lol

10.5 hours is long! S*d doing that. lol.

I had a good look at the bonnet over the weekend and it looks well worth the money.

Very light, well made, great fit & lovley finish.

I'm definitely interested, but £600 odd is a LOT of money for a non-essential item.

I'll continue to watch the thread, but if that really is the best price possible, i just don't think i'm going to be able to justify it to myself...

This bonnet is with out doubt the best i have seen, i have looked at a lot over the years and IMHO they where crap compared to this one.
It was actually easier to fit that the std one due to the lack of weight every thing just bolted or pushed into the correct place, even the gaps are exact and the swag lines. In fact it is an identical copy of a std bonnet weighting only 5 kgs as apposed to 15 kg for an oe bonnet. It may be near the top end of the carbon fibre bonnet price but you get what you pay for and i have seen second hand ones on here going for £400+

DJ I have to buy these off my manufacturer as well you know and the more I order (in one go) the better the price I get. I want one for my car so it makes sense does it not to increase the size of the order and get a better price for myself and everyone else? If I get 10 orders the price for everyone drops as outlined above, so why shouldn't I help out my customers by adding my own money to it. I certainly don't get one for nothing

didn't say you'd get one for nothing

Instead of waiting for buyer's just order 15 or 20 or 25 then you should get a even better price and when them are getting made MORE people might intrested because of the lower price

OK then Stuart, how much for a classic MY99 Bonnet in carbon as above photo's, BUT with a Carbon NORMAL OE style Scoop, and Carbon vents??

Can this be done?

I want this look, but with the OE type vents if possible. I dont like the mesh in these.
Ps... This is the Seibon one from JWRacing.

Pickle,

Sorry, I don't do the standard vents and intercooler scoop, only an enlarged intercooler skoop, and mini skoops. I can do a discounted price if you buy the bonnet and three skoops together. PM me if you are interested.

DJ73, quite right

Okay, I'm sorry but this thread is going way off a group buy now.

As such I am locking this thread.
