The answer to this is to legalise drugs. *Flamesuit on*. If we legalise drugs only to be supplied and taken in controlled environments we can see loads of benefits to society. We can collect money from taxation, the quality and quantity supplied are assured so less health problems and finally we can supply it massively cheaper than dealers, therefore ridding the country of another unwelcome element as well as less crack-heads robbing grannies etc. Perhaps this will not work with everyone who uses drugs but by doing this we can at least eradicate a massive amount of drug-related crime and use the resources saved elsewhere to further combat the problem.
Perhaps a few trials could be conducted somewhere. Personally i think if given the proper backing it could work.

Yes Matt, I've had a drink and am finding it hard to spel and also differentiate between a pisshead and a weekend charliehead... ANYTHING (including drink/drugs/butter/burgers/velocity to excess is bad (or is that too simplistic for prejudice to accomodate?). Moderation in everything I say (and I dont mean local petit Hitlers )
PS Yoza I picked up on that one before!!! Just like Apollo 440 once said to me 'We wish all our viewers in Norway a white Xmas'. PMSL (just me mind )
