Gary, no problem mate, thanks for the kind words. 'twas the one month anniversary on Saturday. Sat next to our lass sinking my teeth into my knuckles (frustration at not being able to have a go, not her driving I hasten to add)
Only 10 months and about 29 days to go...
tick...
tock...

Well, I've replied to Gary thanking him for telling me that the message I sent to you was to him and he told me to send it you, which I did, explaining that I'd sent it Gary by mistake and that it should have gone to you, which it did, eventually. Then I read the message below after I'd sent the PM to you explaining that I thought I'd sorted this mess out. Then I read your PM telling me you'd replied on the thread and that the PM to you wasn't needed anymore. So I've PM'd you back thanking you for the answer in the thread and not the PM...
OK. That appears to have sorted that out. Now I'm off to fast forward time to get to the interesting bit with Katrina in bed tonight.. tara!!
More beer!

Al,
Thought you were on an interesting night so why you posting at that time? Or has the interesting bit has been and gone and this is the equivalent of lighting up
If you've a minute spare from the exertions of life , I found the best time to get hold of Ian was at dinnertime (not posh lunchtime, loike, Yorkshire innit! ) when he was tucking into his snap - more chance of him being by the phone...
Andy (t'other un )

just got it ta... replying after this..
Kids mate are the greatest contraceptive known to man.. especially when they're full of cold.. But a quick break never did anyone harm (even in me prime) and at least the evening has two interesting parts.. *cough*
I don't smoke.. so a cuppa has to suffice..
Ian replied within hours and has done me a good deal.. he's replied twice very promptly and, all in all, I'm very happy... Just need some decent EBC greens or Mintex pads to go with em and bobs your mothers brother..
Gary.. the PM will ask the very same question..

Gary.. your box is full (No Apple, don't go there.. you'll get us banned )
The PM went somethign like...
What pads did you get with yours and did Ian supply them?
Tried searching for the EBC dealer you mentioned and EBC dealers but the general price seemed like £80 each...?? Ian's was £110 delivered (back end of a group buy).

Cheers boys. It looks like I may be able to get the EBC Disks (Gary's chat) & (taking your advice Dave) Red Stuff pads for about £180 from mixing two of the companies below..
I'll give them a call tomorrow to confirm..
The judder and crap feel is starting to annoy me now.. The guy in Ponty who looks after my car will fit them for £30...

And here's me thinking I'm providing an up to the minute, real time service providing detailed brake data & costs to the benefit of fellow members...
Now my real life trauma of brake fade & judder has been reduced to that of a soap opera... singled out for ridicule and belittling..
Not just me either.. but the kind hearted samaritans who flocked to my aid with generous information...
No, no.. it's too late... the damage has been done..
You'll never hear another thing... honest..
