1st car at 17 -

H reg Astramax 1.7 diesel van (like an escort van) with a million miles on it, 0-60 in about 40 years, in banana yellow with a working revolving AA style yellow light on the roof. Cost a max of £150 when bought. Added some V.old M3 style wheels that stuck out the sides by a good 3 inchs front + back. Cue to carpet out the back and add sleeping bag !!! The greatest idea in the world especially when a student!!

After a year, scrapped the van !! handbrake 3% efficient, quicker in 4th than 5th.

2nd car at 18 -

F reg pug 205 1.8GRD, made to look like a gti. lowered 65-70mm all round on 1.6 git alloys, went around corners like on rails but had the performance of a goat, hence why went through 4 drive shafts in a year!! cheap though !! Sold this for £500.

3rd car at 20 (1st car)-

Subaru Impreza M reg uk turbo (current)- standard besides scoobysport back box and sti type RA interior. Believe me going from a previous pug that went like a goat to this, was like comparing a fanny slap from Jeremy Beadle to getting wallopted by Mike Tyson !!! BUT I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS CAR !!! just wish i wasnt in University in Birmingham cos its gotta stay home til the occasional weekend or holiday, whilst i'm paying insurance on it (not cheap) and my father gets to drive it (or more than likely USE IT if you know what i mean).

So 4th car at 21 (2nd car for uni)

Pug 205 1.6 gti - with a loadsa performance mods, but badly needing a service, but goes and handles like a go-kart !!! hopefully to be a track car after uni though.

BMW E30 325i F reg - Great car wish I could have kept it as well as the scooby, would have been a good track day project but I had no where to store it

Ginetta G26 2.1 litre Pinto built from Ford cortina, managed to ring 165BHP running on twin 45DCOE Carbs, ran it for 12 years every day.
Subaru Impreza Turbo MY99 modified, still going strong, and more MPG than the G26
