No you don't the handbrake mech and cables are exactly the same. I used all the handbrake parts because they came with the hubs etc that I bought. I did retain my ABS sensors though.

Thanks, I hadn't realized that.

I was making the point about the bands costing £s or $s and being part of Godspeedinc's kit at $190 though.

Cheers,

The price Dan at Godspeedinc gave me is for the brackets only and not the inserts for the 190 discs.

Andrew,

They look very nice mate. Are you leaving them black or adding some bling?

Any tread on those tyres?

Andrews front calipers are black and white too so match the rears.... and he deserves a round of applause for NOT adding any bling .

You have read my mind. I was going to even ask Prodrive for the paint code of my calipers so i could match it perfectly and get them powder coated..... the prodrive stickers won't be a problem.

Bling, bling.

Please give me a call (I gave you my tel no on that PM) or PM me if you still have them.

Dave,

The new age wrx should have a 170mm handbrake just like the normal classics. 22B, Type R and some others have the 190mm rear.

Hope this helps.

Banny,

There is a link to 22b.com earlier in this thread that shows that AndrewC has fitted the same setup to his classic. If you have the all the parts then there should be no problem fitting these to your car.

Or If you have 290mm disk with the 170mm drum and 2 pot rears then you can fit them to a classic with a bracket that I'am having made

See: http://bbs.22b.com/cgi-bin/ultimateb...;f=10;t=000329

If we can get 6 people together he can do them for £117 per pair.
If we can gather 10 interested parties then it goes down to £100 a pair

I will have to add a couple of £ P&P but it will be kept to a minimum

These are made from HE30 Ali for those who know material specs.

I have 3 people interested so far

Yes please.

My current rears are just about at death's door but I don't want to fork out to replace them when I've got the 2 pots with new pads and discs waiting to go on.
