i had the best ever punter in today
italian tourists, came over on the ferry, nipped in to use the hoovers
asked for sum change, i was cleaning the scoob, made polite conversation etc etc
anyway, he asked if it was ok to look around the car
"yea no probs"
he stuck his head inside
"woooooooooooowwwwwwwwzzzers" "eeeessssss bbbeeeuuuitifull car sir"
"thanks mate"
"the radio is huuge"
"er cheers mate"
this is the best bit
"would you like to look under the bonnet?"
i popped the bonnet
honestly, this is what he said
"MAMMA MIA"
at this point i had to burst out laughing, the bloke was a complete hero IMO,
shame they all cant be like that

Official explanation is: Collecting driver has (probably) cross-labled your parcel with another. But would have to look at the label on the packaging to lay the blame somewhere. If alongside side the cons number there is for example 027 ie then its driver error, if not then the sender is at fault.
Will post a couple of CLAN lables and you'll know who to blame.
