very little indeed. both are long acting esters, with an active life of a little over 2 weeks. test enanthate is FAR more popular in europe, whereas test cypionate is more in favor in the US.

id be pretty surprised if you notice any difference if you took equal amounts of both.

from a theoretical point of view, enan should be better in terms of testosterone release as it a 1 carbon atom lighter than cyp. in practice, this is insignificant tho.

some people claim that cyp kicks in better than enan.. i dont think theres much in it tho.

either are excellent choices.

what i dont get.. is how in the holy hell did pudz NOT pass the drug test. its not rocket science to beat one, and he has practically unlimited resources.

most people would go for the iranian enan especially for first time. that is about as perfect a first cycle that you'll find @ 500mg/week for 10 weeks.

thats not to say the brit drag would be a bad choice.. they are a great company and make great gear.

for you id go with the enan, either on its own, or stack with either dbol or winny. eat clean but like a horse and train like a ****, and you'll gain 20-30lbs in 10 weeks... and keep 15-20 of it if you do pct right.

anyone figured out the format of the show this year,
i think they are making sure stronger contenders can't be knock out by not getting through the rounds like last time with 6? competitors in each round, but i can't figure out how why its one against one, and how the scoring works?
