cheapskate; your daughter deserves more than £2. If my Dad did that I'd have told him to **** off
Not sure what Dealers would charge to be honest. They usually bundle all the labour in with the service.

I did mine on MY00, the standards were f**ked so I went to Demon Tweaks, as I know a guy there... got 15%... I went for EBC Drilled and Grooved discs, and red stuff pads...... I think they cost me around the £260 quid mark, but don't quote me...
Fitted them myself, there so easy to change... as said before, it's a half hour job and I know they've been done proper...

Just to put a little point across ...... I had my pads changed at a local dealer. I thought they could be trusted. They have done loads of work on my other car before. After a bit of spirited track driving the car was making funny noises on the motorway. When I pullled over i found that 5 of the 10 front studs had completly sheared off....It later transpired the nuts had been massively over torqued by a mechanic without a calibrated wrench ....So beware, make sure if you have them done elsewhere you check the settings after yourself...That goes for you DIY'ers pad changers as well.
