I am a member in Esporta in Hamilton to, not been for a few months as i've been busy setting up a new business. I used to go every other morning and see a P1. I used to go to livingwell in Bellshilll but have a kid now so joined Esporta. Livingwell is much better IMHO.

It's cool Dracoro, i'm sure if the're looking for one to steal they'll pass a good few just getting to mine lol. Never been one for the old car paranoia, it sits outside my house most of the time anyway and is insured...got enough things to worry about without that as well lol

Was over today & to say standards are slipping ......
Never done much, bit of rowing, cycling & running, went for a sauna & noticed a few things
, i did speak to the girl on reception but she was too interested in getting there membership up with new members to take any notice
Will be back over tomorrow after the footie & will have another word
Stefan - Dont let that put you off joining mate, its still a great club & the girlies wear fantastic today
