i'm having a remap from br in a few week's is it worth me changing my headers i have a full decat,wlbro pump,k&n induction,forge re d/v,sti intercooler on a my00 classic

You may get benefit fom fitting headers but the gain would not be as good without a better turbo IMO. TD04 is probably good for 280bhp reliably and headers along with other tweeks may realise a max of 300bhp. A bigger turbo will help you push past this or give you an unstretched 280-300bhp.

Which STi i/c do you have? And why the forge DV?

sti5 i/c and bob rawle suggested the forge which was good enough for me

Forge, good solid dump valve.
Recirculating, good for the air/fuel etc.

No problems there I can see!!
