Monday morning and up we go Offers around £10K. Car has always been warmed up and warmed down and drives very well indeed.
I'm gonna leave it a couple more weeks before I stick it on Autotrader - would rather this 'Rare Find' Car go to a Scooby Enthusiast.
The original brouchure for the car can be found here if you want any further information on it :

Under Impreza WR Sport Dealer reference manual

...so the anti lift kit made a big difference to the handling? Was thinking of some handling mods to mine. Can't decide what to go for. Is the anti lift kit hard to fit or an expensive mod?
Free back to the top for a great car.

ALK has made a world of difference - i think it allied to the Prodrive Suspension has made the car handle very very well. It wasn't difficult to fit (I had a friend of mine fit it for me) but he did have a ramp and this was needed.

I don't normally comment on the for sale threads, but in this instance I will make an exception.
Your car is absolutely stunning - it's a credit to you. It is in, what I believe to be, the best colour for a classic scoob. If I was buying into scoobydom now I wouldn't hesitate in buying that from you. If you'd only p/ex my current scoob I'd take it off your hands. Sorry this doesn't sell your car but I really like the look you've achieved - all I would do is de tango the front indicators too, though.
It would be a travesty if this car is not cherished like it currently is.
Good look in finding the right next owner.
Regards.
Max
PS free bttt to boot.

Thanks for the insult mate but for me the interior is just something I sit in/on
They are full recaro sport electric seats (with lumbar support) and whilst I agree you either love it or hate it it does compliment the car very well. These seats are IMHO much more comfortable than the standard UK Turbo equivalents.

Sorry karl, i didn't mean to insult you, but it just reminds me of the interior that was in a special edition pug my girlfriend once bought back in 1994, i don't doubt the seats are comfy but just not for me. Ady

No probs mate - I would replace the interior with standard UK Tub but this will not help the 'WR' status of the car, I might've considered an interior retrim but not sure how much or whether it can even be done ?
Looks like the car is gonna have to be placed on Ebay

Haven't been on S/N for a while, if I had noticed this thread earlier I would have commented before.
I just want to re-iterate what a stunning car this is, probably one of the mintest examples I've seen. If people think it looks good in the pics, it's just out of this world in real life.
Gutted you are selling her (and going to the dark side ) but good luck with the sale, someone is going to get a beauty.

and up again - will listen to offers around the £10K mark - 6 months tax going on at the end of this month - I will also put a 12 month ticket on the car (currently has 6 months to run).
Just to reiterate car has been meticulously maintained and performs very well. The additional Modifications shes fitted with are Whiteline Motorsport Anti Lift Kit, Whiteline Solid Rear Drop Links, Green Panel Filter, Magnecor KV85 HT Leads, Uprated Walbro Fuel Pump and an Alpine Stereo. New EBC drilled and Grooved Discs with predator Pads - Goodridge Braided Brake Hoses with Motul Brake Fluid. Fully serviced with oil and filter change every 3500 miles. Car has always been run on Optimax with the odd fill up of SUL and always warmed up and down. Major service was carried out at 38K and both the MAF and O2 sensor have been changed as a precaution.
