see....what do i do with that?

do i laugh and say ha ha as i assume you wouldnt really kill your own child
or are you serious? not much i can say if you are a child killer

its hard to respond because you have used it to justify your stance on the issue when its either a) a joke, b) crap or c) your sicko

so i have to assume the issue remains open, where do yo draw the line?

Needless to say in several months' time Tiggs will be on here, true to hpyocritical form, asking us our advice on what to do with the dead burglar he has just beaten to death in his living room.

Erm. Let's assume I'm not some cold-blooded killer eh?

I was kind of going for the joke in the, "I'll kill him when he gets home!" vein. As in the figure of speech. I actually took your point, valid though it was, as a bit tongue in cheek. Purely for the fact that you took your example to such an extreme. I simply responded in kind.

All the best.

fine...so you where joking then...still leave sthe point unanswered. Where draw the line? you say no rights for burglars....who gets rights?

AJM,

Why would i ask for advice? if i kill a burglar the law protects me....thats even clearer than before now with these guidelines.

You would ask for advice because you would have torched him and cut off his ear. You would later revel in telling us how you got away with it but that you still agree the law should prevent such things occurring.

Sound familiar? The act is so old now I could write your script for you!

Wouldnt need any advice then would i!

and i'd still agree with the law........although i doubt i'd do it.....i only break a law i belive in (speeding lets say) where i belive i can get away with it or, if caught, i am in very little trouble.

i never exceed 100mph on the m.way because if caught i might get banned.......i do exceed 40mph limits where its sensible happy that a NIP is either avoidable or dodgeable.

its a happy for life for me as the laws of the land suit me so i dont moan about them on here!
