Hi, the mods I had with the Tek3 were sti5 i/c and samcos, larger scoop, tilt kit and splitter, ported headers, Janspeed/scoobysport uppipe and d/pipe, sti panel filter and sti b/box. Upipe, d/pipe and turbo were all lagged. As long as you monitored knock properly, no harm in buying the Tek3 ecu on its own, as long as you're prepared to have the map tweaked, should knock be present with your setup. I'd want £300 for the ecu, think it's about £150 to have it adjusted. I think there is still a fair safety margin in the Tek3, 'cos Bob mapped the car with the aircon off and I never use the car without it, i.e. more stress on the car, and the knocklink still only ever showed the first green ( bright ). To be fair though, the aircon switches itself off under heavy load. Cheers, Andy.

hi andy, sounds like a good idea, dont suppose your free friday night? got to meet a bloke about 7.30pm in coulsden which is about 45 mins from clacketts.
any chance of meeting me at clacketts before i go to meet him, or maybe afterwards?
would save me a fortune in fuel and be most appreciated!
and i cant buy anything else, i'd have to pimp the mrs out!
now theres an idea.....................

Hi, yeah, spoke to Bob yesterday and it's unlocked and hence re-mappable, so it's game on if you still want it. P.md you.

Red face TEK3 ??

Andy your pm box is full.

Spoke to TSL and ScoobyClinic

TSL £350 +vat for remap !!

ScoobyClinic £150 +vat per hour (2-3hrs)!!

If you can get Bob to remap for £150 then i'll av it.
£500 +vat group buy all in seems soo cheap, missed the cut off date now tho .
Why so much for the remap Andy ?
