Okay pictures are now taken, can someone tell me how to blank out the number plate? The Microsoft Picture Editor doesn't appear to have that function. My Fuji Picture Editor doesn't appear to working any more.

Catherine - try Tools, Smudge in the MS Photo Editor. Takes a few passes across, but it works....

Harry,

I only have MS Officer Picture Manager and I am using editor function in that - there doesn't appear to be a tools - smudge option.

Is MS Photo Editor a stand alone package?

It's a Windows tool Catherine. If it's a causing a problem, e-mail them to me at harry@pinkelephantpr.com and I'll sort and host them.
