The room that you can see only through the peephole is 'Escape The Room' one which you should have done before attempting this one.
You need the cold beer, the cd (in the cd case) the incense sticks, the 'soul box' and one picture. It doesn't matter which one.

Now i'm lost.
I've done the previous room (crimson room) but it did not forward me to this one. I assumed it was a different game.
What CD and what soul box? If its the soul box from the other game - how do i carry it across?
I can't lift up the carpet on the skeleton, my mouse is all clicked out - where do i click?

sounds like youn don't have the "soul cube"? ie; the green cube on which you places the 'ecards'
If you are totally stick then you can use this solution.
The ending is rather odd to say the least!
