Welcome Simon

Personally, I think a Prodrive presence is of mutual benefit.

I'm sure Prodrive have an interest in our opinions and requirements, in the same way that we are curious about their developments.

Whilst I'm sure one or two members opinions of Prodrive have been somewhat tarnished over the years, you can always find a dissatisfied customer for every company.

The problems only start when either party resorts to mindless abuse and petty mindedness, as in theThe 'Slowdrive' episode.

Sunil

I don't suppose Prodrive would fit your ECU would they? Wouldn't the revised ducting be required also?

I think this thread has lost it's way a bit.
I don't think anyone ever wanted "Prodrive" not to post here, even Moray's original post didn't say that.
Points were just raised about marketing on this bulletin board and it is the job of a moderator to police such things.
Jonathon however suggested that it may be an "STi" thing which was a bit of reckless shot, and I went on to try to point out that Prodrive are in a different/difficult position to other contributing suppliers due to their official stance.
The fact is if they want to contribute to this board (which I hope they will) then they are going to have to "deal" with STi owners as well, because this board welcomes us.
My point being that any input should be constructive for all Subaru owners and any comments in the vien of "oh well if you want to buy grey then what do you expect" will just pop the lid of a large can of wrigglies.
My original question remamins unanswered; will "Prodrive" give advice (knowingly) to an STi owner on this BBS?

Not sure Jason, i am sure my dealer would refit it. Prodrive dont actually set it up, its all off the shelf gear from Sti in Japan The ducting can be sourced anywhere, its two very short peices of intercooler piping..........
