This is purely to help you and NOT a dig at your price.
I struggled to sell my almost identical (condition and mods, exc wheels & splitter) MY99 with FSSH back in January 2004
The mileage was considerably higher at 100k BUT i had just had fitted a warranted brand new Subaru supplied short block engine and subaru gearbox (both warranted for 2 years) with practically every part on the car having been replaced due to wear and tear. Springs, starter motor, clutch, etc etc.
In short, my car was almost as an attractive proposition as yours, to someone who knew their stuff, esepcially withthe engine and gearbox carrying the peace of mind of a 2 year warranty.
Your car has just popped over the 60k mileage mark, so no extended warranty will be available from a dealer.
My car took 5 months to sell and I eventually had to let it go for £7,000
You are looking for a quick sale and I just can't see this happening at your price.
I mean this constructively as I mentioned earlier, but I wouldn't take any notice of the prices in Autotrader.
