You are the only one on this thread who thinks the new changes are good, you are the one who apparently needs to wake up and see what serious consequnces these changes will have
It's geeky IT know alls such as yourself who can't take their head out from their @rse to look at the real world and not some IR fantasy world.

Are they priority type shouts, grade 1's, flash calls, etc?
If so we are fooked.
Last night even with 5 double crewed cars, within 2 hours of the shift starting we had none left, they were all engaged on blue light calls. Fast forward to the new policy and only 1 out of those 5 double crewed cars will be able to respond on blues and twos.

This is how it goes for us now!!
Vehicle refuses to stop for a standard driver and he puts call into comms,
'Received, can you confirm you are an advanced driver?'
'Er, the vehicle vrm is....'
'No, can you confirm you are an advanced driver?'
'Well no, it's turning into....'
'If your not advanced pull off.'
'It's only doing 20mph, just refusing to stop!'
'Due to the new policy you cannot pursue.'
'I'm not pursuing it, its going 20, i'm following!'
'No such thing as following anymore son, pull off the pursuit.'
Driver duly pulls away leaving whoever it was to carry on what they were doing!!
Madness!

Can't wait to see you next bravowhatever (dreamer in name as well!). Can't see myself having much of a problem with a pasty geek such as yourself. See you at JAPfest JAE etc, I'm off for most of the shows. I'll keep an eye out for a sad act with horrid shorts, white legs, a satchel and wearing some sandals.
BTW what Impreza do you have these days?
Make sure the nearest ambulance is suitably equiped with blues and twos, they'll need to get you to theatre you as soon as they can, I've heard keyboard removal from rectum can be painful

Oh and as for your comment about what Impreza do I drive what the hell has that got to do with anything, or do you judge people by what car they have? LOL just about sums you up. But to answer I don't drive a scooby anymore as I changed it because I wanted a bigger and more comfortable car to drive me and my mrs and 2 kids around in.

How can we sue these plonkers that come up with these rules in OUR names.
Don't they realise they are talking Bobbins???
ALSO, how do I recognise a Police car on an emergency call, rthat requires me to pull over and let him by, to a couple of Sales Reps late for a meeting.
Both drive similar cars and drive right up your ****.
One I let by straight away, the other I make wait until a 'normal' opportunity arises.
