Yeah they are very shy and placid, however, they seem to sense when someone is **** scared of them and take great joy in lurking where they can be spotted and worried about.
And OMG spiders that big should not be able to run as fast as they do.
They are extremely useful in respect that they get rid of nasties, but that is why I have about 50 cans of various sprays and fly screens in order to make them redundant.

Hmmm - I shall be taking a list of all the "antis" here & putting them into my little black "Spider's Judgement Day book"!
