Whether or not he went on to be convicted could well be a cause for debate - make no mistake - mouthy criminal goes to police to complain of assault as he was having a heated debate with his girlfriend would have his assailant arrested and charged with assault !

Provided the police weren't too busy nabbing speeding motorists or hooray henrys chasing foxes round the countryside this guy would be the next successful statistic in the war against crime !

You are allowed to hit first in self defense, you just have to prove that there was no shadow of doubt that the other guy was about to hit you (eg independant witness hearing other guy say" Im gonna hit you" for example)

very funny. He faints a move with his right arm whilst using his left forearm to hit the guys jaw then uses his left palm to follow through to force the guys neck over and pushes him to the floor.
