Andy I fixed it myself.
I took the intercooler off and checked all the pipes. Everything ok.
So I took the heatshield off the turbo to checked if the turbo was cracked etc.
Under the heat shield there was a metal rod which connencts from the top of the exhaust to the turbo. This had come off. One circlip later and all is well!!

Mines only held on with 2 bolts on the top.

Glad you fixed it, would have cost a bomb to get it on rolling road etc.
