First of all ignore the "you don't really have anything to get stressed about" brigade - if it matters to you, then it's important so
If it really is all getting too much then try talking to a professional - your doc can refer you - doesn't label you a nutter any more!
I can also recomment Boots Nutmeg and Peppermint pillow spray for relaxing - they do bath oils and everything!
And have a very HAPPY BIRTHDAY too!

how about trying some Bach Rescue Remedy? Boots and other places have it and it might help you mellow a bit if things are getting a bit on top of you...
