Soon (if not already) you will not be able to adjust your speed to be courteous to other road users changing lane. Soon so much of your attention will be on legal process and prosecution possibilities rather than anticipation and SAFE DRIVING on the safest motorways in the world.
The sooner faceless, deceptive, 'spinning' salaried bureacrats with false validation from covert cameras realise that you can not count safety in £££ or MPH the better.
PLEASE COME AND JOIN US ON SATURDAY
Forget moaning in Scoobynet and DO SOMETHING!!!!
Print the sticker from the website and come along for a chat with like minded responsible safe drivers FED UP WITH PERSECUTION. Meet some proper cars like a Silver RS4 with an angry welshman in a marshal's jacket!!

My Audi looks like an antique salesmans car [although it would do 190 with a wardrobe in the back - in Germany, where speed isnt dangerous in certain places, and they are brighter and more organised than us anyway, and they dont make Rovers and can get deckchairs in sharpish etc )

Scrappy great you made it. For the next one we need better marshalling and maybe a megaphone or two as we didnt move off neatly en-masse with all headlights on. In fact it was a bit scrappy and many people went off ahead of our stickered up 'lead cars' . We missed a really strong united visual for the cameras due to this. Still, next time we build on the huge sucess and set off as one

I don’t think we could have expected more from this first time around. It was good to see so many out in support and make a start at getting the message across how ridiculous the situation is becoming.
Scrappy is right about the potential of this. 400+ cars first time around and I know plenty of people who will now go next time, as they can see its worthwhile and making its point. Hopefully we will get a snowball type effect. Trying to get hauliers involved is a good point as they were a huge asset during the fuel protests and definitely seemed on our side.
Many thanks to those who organized it and made the event happen. It’s nice knowing that the people are there to make this kind of stand and get the ball rolling for the rest of us.
