Of course racism works both ways - or in fact all ways. You can (and do) get racism between asians and blacks, or between any two races that live in close proximity. I'd guess it is fair to say that on average, historically, more instances of racist oppression have been by whites against other colours - possibly because most of the countries that "developed" into bigger powers in history have often had a predominantly white.
In many situations in life, people will think they've been "hard done by", or that someone else has had a better deal than them - this happens every day between people of same race too. In these instances, if you have lost out to someone of an alternative race, it may be tempting to condemn that treatment as racist - whether that was the motivation for the treatment or not.
It's also not surprising that some people will try to use the "racist" card to their advantage - in the same way, some people will exploit any other thing if they think they can benefit. I think that only proves that you get some good and some bad in any group of people.
One thing that I do think is incredibly racist, though, is the term "positive discrimination". This is an oxymoron - no discrimination can be positive as it is implicitly racist.

some do use the race card and some whites use the majority card to influence and frighten their people that soon we shall be a minority, which is crap anyway and take our jobs etc, which is b-o-l-l-o-c-ks, its harder for a coloured man to get a job than a white one, they choose white before coloured and the coloured usually get a clean the toilet and brush and cleaning job

I got an 'inconclusive' result. Does this mean I have no automatic preference or association?
Answer: The 'inconclusive' result means only that, for one of several possible reasons, the data produced in your test were ones that cannot be interpreted confidently with regard to automatic associations. This is different from a result that shows little or no association, which will be reported

Moses - I think the first half of your post is kind of agreeing with my "some people of whatever group will try and exploit whatever they think they can" and "you get some good and some bad in any group of people" sentements?
However, if I was playing devil's advocate, I might suggest that "they chose white before coloured" is dealing with "they" - whoever "they" may be - as a group rather than individual people, so is inherently a racist statement.
Not denying the truth that there are still situations where employers discriminate, and that on average it's probably more likely to discriminate against coloured people rather than whites (although there are instances where it occurs the other way). I believe that in general human nature dictates that if people discriminate, it will tend to be in favour of people of a similar background to them in many circumstances, so it will generally be easier to get on as a white person in a predominantly white country. I also imagine you'd find - for instance - that a graduate is on average more likely to get a job if he went to the same university as his interviewer, or that someone is more likely to employ someone from their own home town - discrimination, but not racism.

mate i was giving a typical example of the fear they put in people like the coloured will steal your jobs this and that
people forget alot of people want to dole scrounge and not work so whos stealing whos job
and yes from experience my friend its hard for a coloured folk to get a good job , honest mate, i know mates with so much experience it, cisco etc etc and all they get is a bt job like phonelines, breaks my heart bud
and yes theirs alot of good folk they will judge a person by their education, i totally agree mate

Does anyone recall a program that was on television about a year ago..... It was a documentary presented by an old Caribbean journalist who used to present a program called 'Devils Advocate'.
He spoke to Asian and black people of different extractions and he was shocked to see the blatant and extreme rascist views that they seemed happy to share. The principal two that I remember were (from Asians) that black people were "dirty, lazy and criminal...' and (from West Indians) that Africans were 'filth that should be wiped out...".
To suggest that rasicsm is a 'white disease' is as ignorant and blimkered as it is racist.

Its funny how there are always groups for this and that, we have the Black and Asian Association, Gay and Lesbian (inc Transexual), Womens group, Jewish etc etc, in the wider community its the same, the MOBO's, to me this is excluding white people and would be considered racist if the other way around, its almost like Black is viewed as positive and empowered but anything with White in it is inherently racist.
I think this is because of the previous groups that used names with White in, like White supremacists so perhaps we have our forefathers to thank for that.
I am not really bothered, I treat everybody equally, I am not racist, no if's no but's. What I dont like is being told that I must be racist because I am white and male, evolution and genetics caused this and I do apologize but I am stuck with it.

I do think that the test is flawed to say the least. It worries me that something similar may be used in selecting job candidates at some point in the future. Markus will never work again if they do...
I remember watching that occasionally. His name was Darkus Howe. He certainly proved that white people don't have a monopoly on racism.
