Bit of useless info for ya, the loading area of the Antonov 225 is longer than the Wright bros first flight 8)

The 4 engine thing is the An124 (Condor), about the size of a Galaxy.
The 6 engine thing is the An225 (Mriya), about the size of the Galaxy

That is what I was alluding to. Using 50% of your fuel load in the first 3 minutes of flight isn't very practical

I swapped trips in Singapore with a Lightning pilot for a Vulcan ride. The Lightning was really impressive of course and we were climbing vertically out of Tengah when he told me to do a few rolls on the way up! Quite a machine.

When he got the hang of the Vulcan it was all I could do to get him to agree that we had better end the trip for lack of fuel. He loved every minute of it
