i have been off them for 6 days now..although i did give in on sat in pub after football but smoked half of it and threw it away as it was disgusting...hope i can keep it up.

Smoking is a loser's game. How cool can you look as you witness the sharp heat of the cigarette as it burns down to your stained rotten fingers, how cool to pull on the cigarette and feel the hot smoke burning into your mouth giving your teeth that sickly yellow stain like your mouth is suffering from some kind of liver disease and your breath that stinks. Watch as people around you recoil when you get a little bit too close and watch as your skin takes on that death-pallor look whilst you struggle with no will-power over the nicotine addiction which has overtaken the shallow, pathetic life you lead. "Where's me ****?" "Gotta light mate?". Get a life...but you can't. Rather, you enjoy the searing heat from every pull of the death-stick as the smoke races down through your throat into your lungs infecting the tissues as the cancer it is breeding takes hold and starts to eat its way through your body. Eating, eating, eating all the time as you lose weight, propelling you ever more quickly toward the grave and the worms and maggots who will infest your flesh through each and every orifice you have, chomping on every piece of what is left of you as you lie there entombed in the endless dark.
