Point taken. But by simply visiting the link below am I breaking UK law, as it stands, on viewing pornography?
This is what I meant by 'impossible', because if your answer is 'yes', I'd hazard to say that millions of UK citizens break the law every day. Especially as there are plenty of UK sites offering content on the same lines. Channel 5 did a good documentary on the Industry a few weeks ago..
Therefore, it seems, that a common sense approach has been 'forcibly' applied due to Internet forces that cannot realistically be restrained...

As I mentioned, the offence is in relation to the sale of, rather than downloading.
All media is subject to the obscene publications remit, and there are the obvious implications in relation to the indecent images of children.
Legislation is a bit of a minefield in this area..... I could bore you silly over a pint if I ever get to the meets

We may be stepping on certain mines when it comes to **** sites, but driving over the limit is a mine I'd rather stay well clear of!!
