What's your problem, chill. I only asked the question as I was concerned my car was running to rich or burning to much fuel. I thought his forum was for advice and not criticism. Get back in your cage........
Thanks for those who have replied. I have a decat RB5 with dv and Tek3. Most of my driving is in town with blasts around the country roads. This explains my excess fuel then!

Just comical watching the same threads rolling through time and time again ........ You can almost set your watch by them.
45 mins till the next corsa / nova slating thread and then an hour behind that its scoob V M3 time ....
Oh and I get about 90 from a full tank in mine when I use it properly.

Here, here, I'll second that blast-a-gram :>).
It does sound like this thread is full of peeps who don't drive the Scooby as it was designed for.
Best case scenario = 170
Worse case scenario= 100ish

i get about 200-220 to a fuill tank driving about 100 of them on the motorway.
That's in my 02 STI with full decat, induction kit and baily D/V
In my old RB5 with tek3, full decat and induction i was getting between 250-300 with the same driving.
P.S that is with Optimax

04 WRX, no mods
averaging 29-30mpg, lots of m-way, 70 miles/day commute
managed 330 miles on about 11 gals yesterday, almost all m-way, dual-carriage, cruising 80-90 where possible. really good to be able to get to the Ps and back on a single tank!
Had a 95 GL before the WRX and averaged ~32mpg in that so no question the newer cars are LOADS more efficient than the old ones if its important to you
