I'm not keen on the left and right borders being different widths, makes the central panel too offset for a 'central' panel IYSWIM. Also the top banner looks thinner on the left and fatter on the right, due to the 'serial experiments' box being nearly the same background as the left border, and the 'updates' heading in the right border being the same background as the top banner.
From a symetrical POV.
