Why can't we just "sort out" the chavs and hoodies when they misbehave without fear of prosecution.
That would go a long way to stopping it.

I agree Les ..... whats the biggest block to walking up to some rowdy youths and telling them to be quiet/stop drinking/stop spitting and terrorising the old people??
The biggest block is that fact that if it gets physical and you take 3 of the little ****es down ....... you are looking to court/prison/lost job!!
Take away the rights of the scum and then we shall clear up the streets!!
