Morning people ..
I cant give top money on a px deal as i would have to sell it on to recoup the money, but will give a fair price.
Cheers Stu..

Ive had lots of interest and pm's, but i think people just like the idea of buying a ver 8 and not actually doing it,
Deals have been agreed, but Not one person has actually viewed the car.
Ive even offered to take px to help anyone buy this car, px works for me, I just need that bit of cash to pay my debts off !!
Its a superb car, and i love it to bits! wish i never had to sell it, but its got to go. My bills need paying !!!!!!
Cheers Neil

No disrespect intended, you really do need to be realistic.
the reason a car wont sell is nearly always the price, and this case is probably the same, the car sales market is on its knees im not activly trying to sell my 98 wagon but i bet if i was it would be hard work, i would still consider a px but my top price to you would be £7000 you know what i spent lately, no need for a pm put it on the forum for entertainment value
PS absolutely no disrespect intended

No disrespect taken, but as you say the market isnt very good at the moment an i think that the asking price for my car is resonable and as cheep if not cheeper than other ones like it, and it is ( ovno ) as well, so why should i drop the price even futher? I'm open to offers...
You wonted 10k, px for you Wagon,, no way !!! I can get a S.T.i V reg for that with 40k miles. So who's being realistic ???
If you wont to have a Pop at me, then use the pm system here.
I know you havent been on this site long, but its not the way to go, ruining peoples "sale's" threads. If its entertainment your after, then there are other places for that.

look on the bright sideif you had a standard uk wagon it would be easier to get £8000 for it than £16000 for a jdm insurance night mare

im not looking for 10,000 i book your car at £14000
which is £7000 + £7000
if your car was worth £16000 it would have sold by now
im offering you a deal, im quite offended you think im having a go at you
you have a car i want
im trying to find a deal you will do that is a decent compromise.
dont be offended its only business
if your having trouble selling how do you think i will get my money back in the future
oh by the way sorry i dont know how to PM anyway

I checked the book price for my car,, its not listed as its a JDM,, I cant compare it to a uk spec because its not the same car, Ive driven both and i will always go for the JDM for that bit extra.
I compare my car to a uk with ppp for price and 5 weeks ago it was £15995 on 26k miles trade in which i think is fair, so me putting it up for £16k ono on 20k miles is reasonable. Nothing much is selling !! look around.. Its just a bad time.
If i let it go for 14k i would be a fool, we all loose money on cars and at 16k im loosing alot, but thats life, if i didnt need the money, i wouldnt sell..
If someone bought this car for a offer close to asking price i cant see them loosing much money if they sell it 1 year on if at all..

i've recently bought one of these - they are great cars and its soooo much better than a UK STI in both performance and spec. As for insurance i was very pleasantly suprised by A-plan so try getting a quote on it before writing it off as an insurance nightmare - i think you might be to. You pays your money and you makes your choice but then again you only live once

I dont normally comment on other peoples prices but i have to say that the price seems right on the money to me.
I do miss my scooby which i sold in feb this year and if i can sell my BMW 328 for the right price i will have this like a shot.

thanks for the comments rizzy and others but can we not forget it would be my 16k that is spent not yours. i am speaking to stu by pm and we may do a deal, it will be a deal that suits both of us not you chaps.
every one has a lot to say but no one puts their money where their mouth is.i dont want to offend anyone but you cant blame me for wanting to buy a car for the best price possible. the seller doesnt have to sell

Have a BTTT,
Can anybody explain (I've asked before) what exactly is the difference between a JDM STI with 276 BHP and a JDM STI with 320 BHP? I've seen both advertised everywhere but nobody can tell me what the difference is engine wise? There must be something different to give a 40+ BHP increase!!!
Cheers,
Craig.

310bhp (not 320 or 330bhp ) are new age cars with twin scroll turbos, equal length headers and some other mechanical differences, but I'm sure someone more technically minded will explain it better.
