havent found any where to store my car yet prior to stripping out,so havent started yet, however i would like some honest opinions on the used/second hand prices of the following major bits, so i can try and decide wat to sell/keep/do with regard go getting another scooby. etc.

engine: might run, might not, havent tried to start it yet, but no visible damage.

brakes: prodrive 330mm front brake conversion with disks, standard rear calipers.

exhaust: standard(i think) pipes on to magnex stainless 6x4 oval.

interior: front/ rear seats, and door cards, excellent condition.

wheels: i think i have 3 good wheels, need to get them checked out. dont no wat sort they are, they have prodrive centre caps? 3 good tyres

thats it at the mo, there will be lots more parts as the car comes to bits, ie, ecu, switches, other interior pieces, rear lights/bumper, diffs? etc etc any gelp appreciated.

Wheels are prodrive ST2's, or speedline maybe.. both are made by speedline......

Thumbs up

Just to say I'm gutted for you and can't believe how you've managed to pick yourself up so quickly! My car (Rover) was written off thanks to some idiot pulling staight in front of me at a cross roads some years ago - took me months to pull myself together. Vowed I'd never drive again - shuck me up very badly. Got depressed and everything.

Even though it wasn't my fault (other party was done by Police for due care and attn) I decided to do an advanced driving course to boost my confidence - very glad I did too. A few years later I bought my first Scoob (GX Sport) and I've just part-exed it on a shiny new WRX.

Keep smiling and keep positive - it IS only metal - but it's hard to see it that way. By far the most important thing is that you are ok.

Good luck with getting everything sorted out. It's a real shame to see what must have been your pride and joy (it looks like a very nice car) looking like that.

Not sure if you got my PM - I have a scoob if your request for help is for a 'donor' car?

Drop me an email if you would like pics/info etc?

Cheers,
CHRIS.
