I watched, open-mouthed at Celebrity Love Shack last night. The sheer tackiness of it was utterly astonishing, and the inanity of the "actor" bloke (the one ogling Lady Posh Totty) had to be seen to be believed.
I don't watch much television, so I didn't expect to know who many of these people were, but other than Abi Titmuss and Jane Middlemiss (sp?), I really couldn't tell you who any of these people were. To be fair, the ex-footballer (terrible mullet) and the Olympic athlete seemed to have the good grace to be embarrassed about the whole thing, but the others seemed like the sort of people you'd not want to meet under any circumstances.
Fascinating for 20 minutes, if only to see the complete lack of on-screen cohesion between Patrick Kielty and Kelly Brook, who's cute as can be, apparently a lovely girl socially, but has no aptitude for television presentation whatsoever.

Must admit I did watch Deep Jungle on Sunday though, it was fascinating.

I've so far loathed and detested all reality TV shows - but one now has my attention - did anyone else see The Monastry last week? It's on again tonight and I'll def be giving IM some peace and quiet through that. (I'm taking home a router so he can plug into Xbox live - just to be certain! )
It's basically 5 guys spending 8 weeks living with Benedictine Monks. I was worried it would turn out to be 8 weeks indoctrination, but it isn't - I find it fascinating seeing how they are all getting to know themselves a bit better and understanding how to leave peacefully with others. There's the usual mix...
* Ex paramilitary protestant from NI trying to find some peace with himself
* Guy who makes advert for sex chat lines but feels something is missing
* Older guy who wants to know if there is anything left to find out in life
* City whizz kid type with all the toys and cars - no idea why he's there
* Spiritualistic type who's already spent time in a Bhuddist monastry
Quite deep at times - but suits my hippy, tree hugging side!

I began to watch that last week....purely and simply because I wanted to see more of the guy in the trailers....Forgive my weak female flesh....... BUT he was obviously an actor just for trailer usage. DOH. It seemed a good idea but clashed with other things , which, eventually took me away from it.
Regards......Num-nuts ! ? Do women have them ?

The Farm
Celebrity Island (or whatever it's called featuring the pig w@nker loos and abi titsout)
Just to mention a couple.
I've never seen big brother or anything of it's ilk as I've only had BBC channels for the last few years. I'm literally *amazed* that the people of the UK lap this sh1te up like a sex-addicted dipsomaniac at a tit that's giving out whisky.
What's the attraction?
I had a pretty low opinion of the UK's population before I was exposed to the reality TV fodder that's dished out to them. Now I know what's actually popular with the great unwashed I regard those that like this pap as utter morons.
You should be ashamed of yourselves.

So did no one watch The Monastery last night? It was worth it for the moment one them finally asked a monk if they ever "Beat the Bishop"!

Sums up a large chunk of the UK's population.
P.S. If I hear the office bints/gossip/busy-bodies jibber jabbering about it anymore I may steel their TV - they'll be well and truly fooocked then!!
