Not me, but a friend of mine was in a pub having a quiet drink, when this bloke keep's bumping into him on purpose. Now you have to bear in mind my mate was a known pub/street fighter, but for some reason was on his very best behaviour, and so decided to ignore the bloke as best as possible, but no he had to keep provoking him, to try and look big in front of his friend's, my mate told him quite politely (yes honestly) he was having none of it and he was wasting his time trying to get a reaction out of him, but oh no Mr.Physchopath had to carry on, and all of a sudden push'es my friend away from him and throw's his hand's up in some expert looking Bruce Lee type of motion, so my friend do'es no more than calmly walk over to him grab's his lapel's and headbutt's Mr.Physcopath. Now Mr.Physcopath goe's down quicker than a Scot's man after a dropped coin, and did'nt get back up until an ambulance turned up 15 minute's later, by which time my friend (for obvious reason's had drunk up and said his goodbye's).

LOL.

Not many people are going to admit to losing a fight here.

Having said that, I've "lost" two fights, if you can call them that. Both times in Bracknell. Both times when I was worse the wear for drink and unable to defend myself properly. Both times completely unprovoked attacks. Both times over 15 years ago.

Considering how many nasty fights I witnessed in Bracknell, it was a wonder that I only got beaten up twice. Needless to say, I stopped going to Brackhell around 15 years ago. Too many scumbags with something to prove in one place for my liking.

The McDonalds in the town centre had a panic button that alerted the Police because the violence in there was so bad - at all times of day, not just on Friday/Sataurday nights. AFAIK, it was the first McDonalds in the UK with such a panic button. Gives an indication of what a charming place Brackhell is.

It doesn't matter how hard you are, or how well trained, there is always someone harder or better trained than you. Considering how many people carry knives these days, walking away is often a good idea. Not getting too drunk to defend yourself (or at least run away) in a public place is a good idea as well.

Well these stories are interesting.... But be warned !!!!!

(going back 15yrs)
I had a freind who was a bit of a nutter and liked a scrap or two. He decided to get a job as a bouncer. Always in the thick of it and enjoyed the female company.

One night at kick out a girl and boy are out side having an agument, then the guy hits the girl, my friend goes out there to sort out and stopt the trouble. The boy friend trys to hit my mate who hits him once.... just once ...... the boy friend falls to the floor hitting his head on the kerb and never wakes up again......................

One puch is all it took to start the chain of horrific events, my friend life was ruined, went to prison (wasnt released on bail) and his parent had to sell there house to pay the legal costs.

My heart bleeds purple ****!In my experience doormen are usually failed soldiers who get there kicks by beating up drunkards when they are too paraletic to defend themselves.Proper nails.Not.

got fairly well sorted by five or six guys a while back, managed to hit back a bit and in the confusion they just started hitting each other.was quite funny, was mates with the doorman who got me outside.
was then driven home by local police and as i got out of the car they got a call out on the radio to arrest me.
they were apologetic but had to charge me with abh.
spent the night in the cells, face hurt like hell, was offered no doctor and no toilet in the cell.nice.
charges were dropped when video from pub was shown to police with me being hit round the head with a bottle.
didnt press charges myself.it was quite a good night out otherwise.lol
people involved dont pick on people in pubs anymore though.wont say any more lol

I laugh my socks off at these so-called Kung-Fu, Fujitsu, Origami types who think that they can take down a street fighter ......... they would simply get beaten to a pulp. The street fighter does not wait until you have got your stance just right, he's not going to listen to your "Hooooeeeeeiiiii" bollox and he's not going to bow down in a courtesy nod.

No, he's going to come-in very close, very fast and poke your eyes out, break your arms and kick you in the bollox ............. yes, he'll be knackered by then - but, you fit 'expert' are needing urgent medical attention!!
