From reading books:
FF 'teg
FR Caterham SLR
MR F40
RR '73 RS
AWD - Land Rover (sports cars shouldn't be AWD LOL)
From personal Experience:
FF - 'teg
FR - E46 M3 (probably because I couldn't control the Caterham SLR in my trainers, shudda driven in my socks)
MR - Elise mk2 111R (but I still bought the Boxster as an overall better car)
RR - 997 'S' (Never driven a 'GT' series 911, always wanted the 4 seats for a car that expensive)
AWD - 22B (would have been the 996 C4S if the ergonomics were better, definitely a better/more communicative car in the B roads)
