If you REALLY want these pics, it will be totally possible. There are data recoverey specialists out there that will handle this stuff. They often recover financial information, so are used to client confidentiality. The issue is, of course, you will have to pay.
The memory in phones is very resiliant, so you should not have an issue to get the data if you find the right people. Try a post in the computer forum to get names if you want to use one.

mine did this the other day
take out the cable and plug it back in
if that does not work, try plugging the cable into a diffrent usb port on the computer
failing that
restart the pc
sumtimes i have to swap the cable around the usb ports on my laptop
i spent most of today working out how to upload games to the phone from the pc

i tried different ports and nothing works, when i look at the log it says modem doesnt exist, ive re-booted several times.
then i plug the usb in i can hear my phone make a noise so it should work.
you know it shows you a pic of your phone on the screen well i have 2 no-entry signs, and it shows no battery signal, but it worked yesterday

Unless you specifically need to keep these photos why not get one of the other people who has the same phone as you to write down for you the exact keypresses you need to delete the photos. If you follow the instructions exactly then you can delete the photos without the need for a screen (maybe)

mine is ok cos i can recieve calls, just cant see who the call is from.
i am being told
by pc that no modem is installed
i get the screen up on the pc so i can to the copying from my phone onto pc but the 2 symbols between the 2 screens are not lit up, they do briefly then go out as soon as they light up so i cant use them

Hey bint, plug it back in and alter the modem speed in your settings. This sometimes works, it did for me when I had the same problem albeit with a different phone.

no modem means that the phone hasnt been detected, ive got the same phone, and had a similar problem.
pm me if you can plug it in (its a standard lead you should be able to pick up another one) and ill sort it for you

Motorola mobile phone tools can be a pain at times but what to try is powering down / switching on the phone while connected to the PC should help it detect it as a phone and not a modem. Just keep doing it until it finds the "phone"
Does the phone use a seperate card slot too ?
as suggested earlier check "my computer" for a removable drive.

WHOOOOOHOOOOOOOO, DONE IT
i phoned motorola this morning and they went through the process of re-setting my phone, but that didnt work because i had my phone keys set up different than when i got it, and i cant see the screen, so this is what i did...........switched the phone off then on again, put the tools disc back in changed my profile name to BOLLOX and it worked![Thumb](images/smilies/thumb.gif)
i no longer feel mad![Big Grin](images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
