Hub is c.£600, and you can get either V-brake or disc versions. They'll fit a standard frame, but are better suited to a singlespeed frame with either horizontal dropouts or an eccentric bottom bracket. Having said that, you can run it in a normal frame, but with a small chain tensioner (that's how I run my singlespeed).
As for reliability, they claim that they've never had a breakage through normal use, and certainly I've never heard of a problem.

If you miss the last super morzine bubble and you are on a DH bike it is a bit of a push to get up to the chalet (about 15 - 20 mins uphill) but it is worth it.
