I'd be up for a GC8 boot lid and would be able to commit quickly. However, does anyone know the weight yet ? Not much point in going carbon unless it really is lighter. I emailed around 5 US manufacturers a while back and the one reply I managed to get on weight said the boot lid was 40lbs - 18kg !!! That kind of put me off. I hope that's not why the carriage is as much as it is.
Cheers
Steve
