I'm on my third scooby now and they have all been looked after by SC. Everthing from simple bulb changes through to full TEK3 remaps they get a BIG up from me .
Adam and the crew are the most down to earth and most accomadating Garage that ive EVER used .

The work is 100% A1 and they never try to hide any costs.

It upsets me to hear people slagging them off especially when certain garages around sheffield still cause me to curse when driving past

Adam , Kev , Andy and the Rest of the SC Crew thanks for the quick turnaround today on my Dads WRX

I do see your point totally with regards to wearable items. I suppose an offer of £100 is over and above what they would really need to do too.

if you ask here you'll get plenty response..................http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/forumdisplay.php?f=21

Adam & Kev, its a shame you both once again have to get involved in what is basically some tw@t trying to stir trouble, but as always its a great credit to you that you come on here and put forward your side of the story!

I'm not going to bother going on about how good Scoobyclinic are, anyone that knows me knows that my car goes nowhere else and that I have the utmost respect for what they do up there, its just a shame that certain fookin keyboard warriors feel the need to come on here and throw accusations about with absolutely no facts to back them up!

Keyboard heros.

I cant stand it when this kinda lark happens. Its alright when its clearly justified, but so so so so so so so so many times ive seen companies abused when they have done all they can to help and the customer doesnt care and is just rude for no reason.

Sounds like you did plenty to help Adam.

Cool The man with the said Subaru!!!! THE TRUTH!!!

Hello,
Been reading this thread with interest, I'm not really one to post on here usually just like to read or request advice. Have not posted till now because didn't want to get in the middle of an argument that I did not start.
On the day in question I did have a few issues which I mentioned to Adam on the desk that same day. We arrived at 9am, Cliomat was there with me and felt a bit aggrieved at waiting all day (4pm) to be told after 5 mins on rolling road that it couldn't be done that day because of the up-pipe problem. Obviously Scoobyclinic weren't to know and sent me home in a courtesy car. Went back a week later to pick up car, no problems at all except small problem with sensor which was sorted free of charge, very happy with the work. After a few days as the weather got colder and the car was mapped on a hot day it started to hit fuel cut. Was going to take it down but decided to fit front mount and custom induction kit. Started to hit fuel cut even more so decided to fit bleed valve as temporary measure to keep to 1bar boost. I fitted it wrong doh!!! hit 1.5, think thats why head gasket blew. Had all fixed and arranged with Kevin at Scoobyclinic to have car remapped today. In the mean time Cliomat got his knickers in a twist yet again and blamed Scoobyclinic for gasket blow. Unknown to me I turned up today to have my map tweak to find out I'd been cancelled because they thought my engine had blown. Adam asked, `What's going on with your mate Cliomat?', as you can imagine I felt like a right dick because Matt had not told me anything about his recent rant. So thanks to Matt I had to wait again while they got Pat in so didn't really get started till lunch. Anyway I have had a really good day, had it mapped 310bhp with 296ft lb torque and my central locking was fixed that I didn't even know I had.
Many thanks to Kevin, Adam, Andy and Pat. The car is awesome!!!!!

Now lets finish this thread once and for all.

Thumbs up S C good or bad !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

All cars have problems the gaffer will know me pretty well , i would never slate a company when they try there hardest, sc do , sc really do care for peoples cars everyone is looked after at night left my car there for long time to be sorted , it was shoved in day and night for some time ,they sometimes have to put your car to back of queue as they are backed up wi work every day , so if yours doesnt go to plan you will have to wait or everyone else for rest of year will have to. only so many hours in day. if you go there expect everyone to answer any questions you got as they will, the best they can ....(in the end if you can not do it you reley on others sc can be relyed on to do the job even if it does take a while so relax ) i have been there got the t shirt . by the way kev if you do read this think you will guess who it is ... THANKS MATE , got there in the end .. (people only see there own car there and progress not what progress the whole team makes )

Personally i hate them ,

1, You need a Monster Truck to get up the driveway, it's like the Rally of GB but worse.
2, The surrounding fields really really really really really smell of pooh!!!,
3, And finally, they're based in the middle of Nowhere!!!!, come to think of it, it's to the south-west of Nowhere!!!!!!

Other then that they're great, oh and i hope my splitter hurrys up, i need another 'fix' or Carbon, and for anyone who thinks that they're crap, **** of to bolt on Halfrauds and read your Max Power Bible.

Good to see your honesty here - there's not many would put therir hands up like that - I think you deserve a round of applause.

However, I would have words with your "mate" as he's caused quite a stir on here.

On a personal note I have only ever found the guys at Scoobyclinic to be freindly, knowledgeable, flexible and very supportive..
