in the drink again?

at least there'd be a pianist at the MH - of the long or short variety, it matters not....

do I seem to recall you dis(mi)ssed the Foxglove early on in the "race" to the new venue for some reason?

Happened to call into the TF (might as well christen it sometime) for "research purposes" and it looks like we should be OK hew: - plenty of space outside for the decent nights (just gotta watch the flying ******* aka midges, mozzies, anything else with teeth & wings ) and plenty of space inside for the long dark winter nights to snuggle up close to...

...the fire in my case

Chris, before TF (back on the Sid James Tiffen Time? ) I'd been sounding out a possible site to show you my movements (on a camera of course ) and had gone up the Royd Moor to the new enclosure that's been built with the compass. Can get the compass face and the windmills in the distance sharp (on the same picture ) so whenever you feel like a demo to show youy proper photography, give me a shout unless you can think of anywhere else... (and weekends are better )

Andy - yes, I know the place. Been to have a look on the bike a while back.

I'm impressed that you can achieve that level of depth of field.... I can barely get them both focused using my eyes, contact lenses, glasses, a pair of binoculars and a telescope.....

can get that depth of field wide open at f/5.6 - just a case of making the planes of focus go where you want 'em

not bending the laws of physics, just not as constrained like the rest of you

Andy. It's already been christened The FG. This is to save people falling into the trap you did by calling it 'The TF'
