if you don't feel 100%, and this feeling is often, i would recommend getting a check up from your GP...it is probably that you are feeling a bit low but you might be under the weather or something.. it wouldnt hurt...

i felt a bit like that earlier in the year.

just keeping my head down in work now, and enjoying the odd beer at regular intervals.

also worth doing day-trips. spontaneous things like saying, ok pack a lunch and lets go the eagle heights, or london zoo, and then do it!!!

makes weekends a bit different.

Go fishing! Great way to relax and get some exercise too.

Maybe you are gay and are depressed at leading this double life. Why not try on some of your partners clothes and make-up and try doing the housework in them.

Do you find your eyes lingering too long over work colleagues bottoms ?

There are signs, its just a matter of deciphering them

Rev hasn't replied today because he took the nipper out for a walk this morning but couldn't be bothered coming back home.
